Last weekend, Jennings enjoyed an amazing evening with neighbors in the Colesville area of District One. Thank you, White Rose Network!

This week we picked up our first round of yard signs and mailers from Arnold Printing in Ithaca, who did a fantastic job for an affordable price! Let us know if you'd like a yard sign for your lawn, and we'll be happy to bring you one. (Please Note: yard signs are not permitted in public spaces until this Fall.)

It was a pleasure to participate in the Kirkwood Parade on Saturday, July 4th! Despite some wind damage from the recent storm, residents were out in force, enjoying the festivities. Thank you, neighbors of District One for a fun day of celebrating our nation's 250th birthday!

Team Jennings Terrell for Legislature is looking forward to celebrating the Fourth of July at the Kirkwood America 250 Event. The parade begins at 1p.m. Come out and join us, District One! And to all of Broome County, have a safe and happy Independence Day on this historic birthday of our nation!

With the Primary Election behind us, we look towards the General Election in November. Please remember New York State has adopted early voting, which will begin October 24th. Mark your calendars early, make a plan for work or school, and talk to your friends and neighbors about arranging transportation to the polls. Team Jennings Terrell for Legislature enjoyed visiting with several District One neighbors while participating in the community-wide garage sales this weekend. Mr. Terrell also attended a county-wide candidates event earlier in the week, and started getting his fundraising underway. Thank you to all of our friendly neighbors and donors for your support! This week was a busy week of planning meetings for the campaign. We'd especially like to thank our wonderful volunteers for their support of our very first fundraiser -- kicking off this week! This week Jennings combined his passion for politics with his passion for cooking, by participating in the DWBC annual Cinco de Mayo Chili Cook-off. It was a fun-filled (and delicious!) event and a great chance to mingle with the other local candidates. Thank you, DWBC, for hosting!

Happy May Day -- Team Jennings Terrell for Legislature offers a shout-out for Labor Rights! Supporting our local unions and worker rights of all kinds, is at the heart of Mr. Terrell's campaign.

This week Team Jennings Terrell for Legislature attended several local meetings to learn more about responsibly running our campaign to put Jennings in office and serve our district's needs! A hearty thanks goes to Dave MacEwan and Broome County Dems for your insight last weekend! And many thanks to Omar Acosta-Nunez with Citizen Action and Mary Clark with Working Families Party, for the informative gathering Thursday evening.

This week Jennings received notification from Broome County of filings designating him as a candidate for District One. Petitions have been filed on his behalf for both the Democratic Ticket and the Working Families Party. If you haven't signed yet, keep an eye out for us during these last few days of the month. We'll be around the neighborhood!

Team Jennings Terrell for Legislature is gearing up for a big weekend ahead. We're happy to sponsor a basket for the Super Cooper community organization Cooperpalooza this Saturday! And Jennings and other volunteers will be knocking on doors in District One to collect signatures to put Jennings on the ballot this November. Keep an eye out for us and say hello!
